Just a quick reminder for all our local anglers!
To fish in local waters, you’ll need a valid NYS fishing license, and if you’re heading to the Ashokan Reservoir, don’t forget your NYSDEC access permit too. Both are available online—but here’s a convenient tip: Woodstock Hardware is located right at the bottom of the Town Hall driveway, making it easy to swing by and get your fishing license in person.

Check out how your Mepps lure works its magic—proven to attract trophy fish and deliver serious action on the water!
Just remember—the Town Clerk’s office is closed on weekends, so be sure to grab your license during the week. Then stop into Woodstock Hardware for all the tackle and gear you’ll need to make your next fishing trip a success!
